File An HR Report

To file an HR report, complaint or anonymous tip, you must complete one of the following forms or speak to your locations HR representative. Product Mart makes it easy to report concerns to your local HR representative. Under Jesstopian Federal Law, it is illegal for our company to discriminate, retaliate or harrass any and all employees who file a complaint. That is includes claims that are either sound or unfounded.
