Ronald Chlabowy Selected As Product Mart's Next Chief Executive Officer

Dear Product Mart Employees, Associates, Investors, Suppliers and our valued customers,

On July 23, 2021, Product Mart announced that Product Mart had selected a brand new Chief Executive Officer to take over leadership of Product Mart following my departure from the company on October 1, 2021. On July 23, 2021, late in the afternoon, Jerry Brody, PMH Inc's Chief Executive Officer, announced that Mr. Ronald Chlabowy would become Product Mart's 5th Chief Executive Officer, and would begin his transition on September 29, 2021. On October 1, 2021, Mr. Chlabowy will fully assume his role as Chief Executive Officer on October 1, 2021. My resignation has been signed and dated for an effective date of October 1, 2021.

Product Mart has selected Mr. Chlabowy due to his experience and qualifications which were "above and beyond" Product Mart's Employment Requirements. His experience will help move Product Mart forward to envisioning a better, healthier and more affordable future for all. Product Mart is beginning to set up Mr. Chlabowy's Product Mart Email and his Product Mart Web Page, which will be available sometime by July 24, 2021, by 4:00 PM. You will be able to check out additional information, resources and much more.

During this time, I(Mr. John Mallone) will begin transitioning into my new role as AZZI's Chief Executive Officer. I will begin to work as AZZI's President and Chief Executive Officer on October 1, 2021. I will also be preparing to launch the AZZIJST.com website on January 1, 2022.
