Product Mart Announces Establishing Time Limits For Company Executives

Product Mart CEO Ronald Chlabowy has proposed a plan to generate set terms for Product Mart Executives in an attempt to get CEO's to stay longer. According to the CEO, several prior Chief Executive Officers after they put a year into their role, quit or resigned to move onto other projects or opportunities.

CEO Chlabowy hopes the new set time limits will prevent any further CEOs from departing from their roles after the set time. The CEO says that these executives should also receive perks and benefits for staying until their contracted time ends.

Product Mart also says that they want to set a reasonable contract and will discuss with the Company's board of directors for further direction.
